I hit my 1,000-mile service on my 2024 Pan America Special within the second week of owning it, and now I'm sitting at 7,500 miles. Let me tell you, it's been a nightmare!! I've had 10 trips to the dealer for multiple freeway and riding shutdowns, suspension issues, and display problems. The worst part? I was told to avoid riding my bike in the rain or on cold days! But this is my daily drive and I got this for touring so I don't really decide about the weather, right?? On my last visit, they said to keep it in a heated space with a trickle charger. I've had it on a trickle charger since last week, and today, it still refused to start!! I cannot begin to tell how much money I've wasted, aside from immeasurable frustration and literal headache! If there's anything else that can redeem this, please humor me!!

Damn, especially on a brandnew bike you ride daily. Being told to avoid rain and cold is just plain crazy. If it wont start even on a trickle charger, push the dealer harder or contact Harley's customer service.. this definitely aint right, and you deserve a reliable ride, not constant problems

At this point, I'd be demanding escalation from harley corporate, You've clearly got a problem here, and their solution is basically telling you to stop using the bike the way it was marketed? absolute nonsense.
Or..it might just be time to cut your losses and ditch this headache, there are plenty of other bikes out there that'll serve you good
