My dad just passed, he was a fan of Harley Davidson, and now I'm inherited his 2023 Pan America Special.
I've only managed to limp through 4K miles, and it's already on its third trip to the shop for the same warranty issues.
I know that it has had a few issues, like hot and cold starting problems, random shutdowns while riding, a dim screen, and a bunch of weird error codes.
It's even left me stranded a few times. The last time it was in, they replaced a bad starter relay, but all the same issues came back within a couple of rides. So now it's back at the dealer again.
Has anyone actually had these kinds of electrical gremlins permanently fixed, or is this just how it is with some of these bikes? I mean, the problems never really go away!
I'm hoping there's a light at the end of the tunnel here
